God's Plan in Scripture - Family Faith Hour
Sundays | 12 - 1pm | Bl. Carlo Acutis Room | Starting Oct 5
Parents and kids in grades K-3, join us for an hour exploring the Catholic faith through the lens of Scripture. "God's Plan in Scripture" is a bible study for young minds and hearts. Parents participate actively as they help guide and direct their child's learning during session. As we transition to a 2-year First Sacrament preparation, we call on families with 1st graders to enroll in this important program that will count as their 1st year of preparation for First Holy Communion.
CHILDRENS LITURGY OF THE WORD
Sundays | 10:30AM Mass | Starting Sept 14
Children's Liturgy of the Word returns to the 10:30 Mass at St. Joseph beginning on Sunday, September 14th. This Mass experience presents the Liturgy of the Word in a way that allows children, ages 5-9 years old, to understand and respond to God's Word and to be nurtured and challenged by its power. After the opening prayer, this age group will be dismissed from the Worship Space with adult leaders to attend C.L.O.W in the St. Francis Room. They will return to their families just before the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
